Stoned Mickey.

I will keep this post short; it is a Sunday after all!

Remember the Simpons bear that made it into 3-d but was never released because it was decided that it did not look enough like a bear? Well I think I fell into the same trap.

On returning from 2 weeks in Florida I had been brainwashed by Disney. Being very weak, lol, I decided I would make a Mickey Mouse bear. I choose to mod Baz because he was holding a spliff and from spending a holiday in and out of Disney I was convinced that the whole thing had been created upon the influence of drugs! :) This bear also suited my purpose because he was wearing clothes and therefore I did not have to smooth fur other.

Baz did not enjoy giving up his Rolex and bling in return for some Mickey Mouse ears and stupid gloves and so fought me all the way. I also cut away at the bottom of the tracksuit trousers to make some fetching red shorts and spindly legs. The wire I had used to make bones for my zombie came in handy for a tail.

The ears were made up from circles of card that I glued to the bears original ears and then blended in, (if you have read my other posts you will know what with, hehe!)

Once I had painted the bear, (dare I still call it that?), I decided that it was too far from something the BTB Co’ would have produced. The bear is actually unfinished as I was going to put either a tobacco tin or a bunch of balloons in his other hand, but as I was unsure on the bear’s appearance I decided to move on. Perhaps I will return to this mod another day? One thing is for sure; I definitely hope to return to Disney World one day!!

Tomorrow I will be showing a bear that is a virgin to the Internet and so has not been seen by others before. If virgins are your thing then swing on by! :)
